TeMA, Journal of Land Use, Mobility and Environment, invites scholars and practitioners to submit articles on the general topic of urban and transportation planning and articles focused on the main topic that will be faced in 2013: “Smart City”. Due to the importance that the subject has been gaining in the recent years, the next volume of TeMA Journal will be devoted to the subject of “Smart City”, opening the floor to a scientific debate on researches, projects and good practices, structured in respect to the different “dimensions” of the subject. the first issue of 2013 - “Smart City: Researches, Projects and Good Practices for the City” – will focus on urban scale (deadline for submission 3 February 2013).

the second issue of 2013 - “Smart City: Researches, Projects and Good Practices for Buildings” - will focus on building scale (deadline for submission 2 May 2013).

the third issue of 2013 - “Smart City: researches, projects and good practices for networks and infrastructure” - will focus on networks and infrastructural systems, which represent the main structure of smart cities (deadline for submission 2 September 2013).
