Architecture and Planning (Sheffield Hallam University)

I have a cross-disciplinary academic background in Economics, Political Science and Urban and Regional Planning and have seven years professional experience working at Southampton and Cardiff councils, undertaking the full range of Planning Policy and Urban Regeneration project work.

Furthermore, I spent a year at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in Whitehall working for the Urban Policy Unit, and have also worked at the University of Leuven in Belgium on a Federal Government financed project.

Upon arriving at Sheffield Hallam in 2002 I spent two years as a researcher in UK Neighbourhood Renewal and European Urban Policy before gaining permanent tenure as a Lecturer.
