The heart of my research is the application of systems thinking to collaborative system change towards ecological and social sustainability: how people and organisations can effectively re-design practise, infrastructure, processes and systems to be more sustainable. Questions around how to most effectively engage with community and stakeholders towards sustainable system change led to the development of a hands-on toolkit for engagement, Ketso. This participatory approach has gone on to be used in over 80 countries, and is discussed in:
