Dr Tom Moore

Dr Tom Moore is a Lecturer in Planning, with particular expertise in housing policy and practice. He is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Housing Policy and a Co-Investigator of the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence.

His research interests are focused on private renting and the growth and development of community-led housing. Tom has conducted funded research in these areas for a variety of funders, including the Jospeh Rowntree Foundation, Department of Communities and Local Government, the Scottish Government, the Welsh Assembly, the British Academy, the Leverhulme Trust, and the National Community Land Trust Network.
