Associate Professor Harpa Stefansdottir
Harpa Stefansdottir is associate professor in urban planning at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, The Faculty of Landscape and Society (LANDSAM), Department of urban and regional planning. She defended her PhD thesis at NMBU in 2014. She graduated from the Oslo School of Architecture (AHO) in 1993 and has 15 years of experience from architectural practice in Iceland. Her research focus is related to aesthetic experience, travel behavior, user perspectives, sustainable urban planning and design (see list of publications http://www.nmbu.no/ans/harpa.stefansdottir). She is a member of the research group on sustainable urban development LANDSAM.
