Frequently Asked questions
How do i receive my invoice?
Invoices are sent via email to individual members, AESOP Contact persons, or treasurer correspondents. Each email contains a link you can use to download your invoice. If you are not responsible for handling invoices for your university and have received this email you may forward it to the person appropriate for handling the invoice. You may also log in and download the invoice from the invoices payment link on your account options menu.
There is no invoices payment link on my account options menu. What is wrong?
You are not an AESOP contact person or HOD for the university. Only AESOP contact persons and HOD’s can access the invoices payment link. If you indeed are, then maybe you have not been assigned as such in our system. Also make sure you do not use a duplicate account to access our web site.
The address in my invoice needs to be changed. Whom should i contact?
Actually no one. You can do this change on your own, if you are an individual member or an AESOP contact person or HOD for a university. You can click the invoices payment link from your account options menu, after having logged in, then find your invoice and click on “Edit address”. After having edited the address, download your invoice again.
I wish to pay for my invoice via PayPal. Can i do it?
Yes, if you are an individual member, or an AESOP contact person or HOD for a university. You can click the invoices payment link from your account options menu, after having logged in.
